The gaming floor was busy and the atmosphere was excellent for a Friday. Had some food, where the prices were quite reasonable, and a real ale from the Bar.

My down points are, could I hell find the T.V remote and I was too tired to get dressed and go down to reception, so it was a quiet night, which wasn't bad. The next morning, keeping an eye on time via the oversized clock on the wall, was actually wrong, not very helpful that. I only stayed one night and had breakfast there too, which was nice, pelo issues really. All in all, not a bad place indeed. ????

Stayed here, back in November and really loved the stay. The staff were super friendly and surprisingly was 1 minute away from the main new street, which was a bonus! The free coffee and hot chocolate was a massive bonus! and the kitchen within the apartment hotel were very good!

Absolutely brilliant. Usually we do partner events in London. Usually the issues surrounding this are tricky location, expensive parking and congestion fees....with the Edgbaston Stadium it was so easy to find, plenty of free parking, welcoming staff, brilliant location with access to presenting in a professional space looking over the grounds.

The hospitality is very good and the food taste really good. I love the secret garden restaurant. It Sheffield casino has a bar restaurant as well which is accessible till early morning. I can say that it is one of the best Hyatt hotels I have stayed or visited.

. We had the joy of a magician to entertain us whilst we waited for our food and he was excellent, one of the best we have had the pleasure to see. I wanted to also say a specific thank you to Sharon on the reception area who we have known now for many years and she always makes us feel welcome, she is an asset to the business. A great venue, one of the best I've been to for sound quality, food/drink stalls don't seem to take cash anymore tho so bring contactless payment.

I went in and I had a problem cashing out on my account. And the quick service of the manager there she was so such a lovely lady in to resolving the matter quick. So friendly and polite. And a beautiful smile. Staff are absolutely friendly. It's a lovely place to go and enjoy yourself. With friends or family. As I went with my husband and we always have a great time.

Walked round the outside of the West,Raglan & Family Stands to access the north side of the ground where my seat was,in the Stanley Barnes Stand. As it was such a hot early evening i was glad for the water dispersers and though the concourses are mostly open (except the South Stand) there was plenty of space for food & drink huts around the boundary walls which still left a good amount of room for people to move around and get to their seated areas. With a majority of the ground bieng open seating a fully unobstructed view of the pitch was on offer however i would point out the Upper Tier of the Eric Hollies Stand does contain a number of slim supporting roof angles and a row of more substantial columns near the rear which will likely cause a big obstruction of the field of play. Having said that,the modern 3D em linha ticket purchase system should also show up these columns so you know in advance what view you will have. Photos enclosed from my visit.
